Common Return Reasons and Solutions
Defective / Manufacturing Issues
- If your item is defective or has a quality issue, we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
Wrong Size or Color / Doesn't Fit
- You may return or exchange the item, but return shipping is at your expense. Return shipping costs typically range from $5 to $40, depending on your location.
Changed Mind / No Longer Needed
- You may return or exchange the item, but you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Wrong or Missing Item
- If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your package, we will send you the correct item at no cost.
Damaged Package Upon Arrival
- If your package arrives damaged, we'll replace the item free of charge.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing an order. If you need to make changes, contact us right away so we can assist before it ships.

How to Return Your Order
If you need to return all or part of your order, please follow these steps:

Contact Us
Email us at support@noby.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Approval & Return Address
Our customer service team will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address.
(Note: If you don't respond within 14 days after approval, the return request will be canceled.) -
Prepare the Package
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and components.

Ship Your Return
Send the return to the provided address and email us the tracking number.

Refund Process
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we'll issue a refund within 5 business days via your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Pre-ordered products
- Used items or items not in original condition
- Promotional sale items (including BOGO offers)
Note on Sale Items (BOGO, etc.):
Items bought during promotional sales can be returned, but we limit returns to a maximum of 3 items per order to keep deals fair and inventory manageable.
Damaged Products Upon Arrival
If your product was damaged during transit:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and shipping label on a flat surface.
- Email the photos and a brief description to support@mynoby.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- We'll send you a free replacement. If a replacement also arrives defective, we will issue a full refund.
